Hello! I was originally only going to take pictures of flowers, but I wanted to challenge myself. I love what I'm learning about my Nikon and the objects I am focusing on- playing around with the colors and fun objects to work with. (I've edited this post)
The most successful ones are the yellow flower against the black background and the red rose near the white artificial one. They have a feeling of abstracted composition and and exploration of form and color for it's own sake... Remember, that light is king and that it can be very difficult to make compelling photographs under artificial light.
